I’m a Registered Nurse and Certified Lactation Counselor with over 13 years of clinical experience. Over 10 of those years has been dedicated to women’s health in the fertility, gynecological, maternity, and newborn care space.
I have helped countless women breastfeed throughout my career and I also have personal experience as well. I’ve breastfed my 3 year old daughter for 2 years, breastfed briefly while pregnant with baby #2, and I’m currently breastfeeding my infant son.

Whether you’re pregnant and want to prepare for breastfeeding, your baby is here and you are facing some challenges, you’re getting ready to return to work, or maybe you need help with pumping or weaning - I’d love to be a support for you.
In addition to my experience as a Registered Nurse and Certified Lactation Counselor, I am also a Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Women’s Health Coach. If desired, I also help my lactation clients with prenatal and postpartum nutrition support.
I created Her Holistic Wellness to be a one stop shop for all things nutrition, hormonal health, and feminine wellness from pre-conception, through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Lactation and breastfeeding support is a big part of this mission. I look forward to working with you and your baby!

Prenatal Lactation Support
A prenatal consultation is a great first step towards breastfeeding! During this consultation, you will learn steps you can take before birth to help breastfeeding go smoothly. We will discuss your breastfeeding goals, go over questions you may have, and you’ll receive a personalized care plan with recommendations.
What’s included:
75-90 minute telehealth or in-home* session.
Review of the benefits of breastfeeding to parents, babies, and society.
Assistance learning correct positioning to help the infant latch on to the breast and nurse effectively.
Discussion about specific needs in the early days of breastfeeding.
Review of common fears, concerns, problems, and myths of breastfeeding.
Directory of resources that are available to help with problems.
Detailed care plan with reviewed information and recommendations.
Prenatal lactation support is especially helpful for parents who may be unsure or uneasy about breastfeeding, first time parents, or repeat breastfeeding parents who may have had challenges with a prior experience breastfeeding.

Postpartum Lactation Support
Breastfeeding is such a beautiful experience for parents and babies, but sometimes there can be breastfeeding issues or concerns that make the experience difficult. During a postpartum lactation consultation, we will address any challenges that you may be having and you’ll receive a personalized care plan with discussed recommendations.
What’s included:
90 minute telehealth or in-home* session.
Video or in-home assessment of mom and baby.
Assessment of breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding session.
Infant weight check for in-home consultations.
Detailed care plan with reviewed information and recommendations.
Postpartum lactation support consults are great options for those who are having trouble with breast or nipple pain, difficulties latching, engorgement, concerns about milk supply, infant weight gain concerns, flat or inverted nipples, and breast refusal. These consultations can also help with setting up breast pumps and flange sizing, return to work preparation, as well as weaning support.
